By creating an account, using the PlateDate app, or ordering a PlateDate tag, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

PlateDate is for users 18 years of age and older. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly allow minors to use the platform.

3. Community Guidelines

  • Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, threats, or bullying.
  • No nudity, sexual content, or illegal activity.
  • No impersonation, fake profiles, or catfishing.
  • No spam, scams, or commercial solicitation through the app.
  • Do not share another person's private information without consent.

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or a permanent ban.

4. User-Generated Content

You are responsible for the content you post, including photos, bios, story captions, and messages. You grant PlateDate a license to display your content within the app. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

5. Reporting & Blocking

You can report any profile, message, or story that violates our guidelines, and block any user at any time. Reports are reviewed by our team and may result in action against the reported account.

6. PlateDate Tags & Payments

Physical PlateDate tags are sold for a one-time fee. Shipping and taxes may apply. All sales are final unless the product is defective, in which case contact support for a replacement.

7. Privacy

Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

PlateDate is provided "as is." We are not liable for any interactions between users or for any damages arising from your use of the app. You use PlateDate at your own risk.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
